Awareness Into Action exists to facilitate the evolution of consciousness in individuals and helping them apply it in their business lives. Concomitantly, I support and assist companies in applying principles and practices of consciousness to how they do business. I have a special interest in facilitating the spread  and success of Conscious Business by building and accelerating the momentum of  Certified B Corporations and the Benefit Corporation.

I do this to be of service to humanity and the planet we live on. I do this because we believe that companies and commerce profoundly impact virtually every corner of the world and that the institution of business is the world’s most creative, innovative and dynamic force… one whose full potential and destiny is only beginning to be realized. By helping business people transform themselves and their workplaces,  I am helping all humanity in one of the fastest and most effective ways possible.

It is my vision that major, respected and revered corporations will fully embrace Conscious Business and their extraordinary success will be a bellwether that accelerates the evolution of laggard companies. In the future, I see that Conscious Business will be the pervasive approach to business and that the world will look back to this day in disbelief of how unaware and misguided business principles and practices were. I envision that future, in light of the exponential rate of change occurring, to be imminent.

The values I hold correspond to the universal truths that underlie all the world’s great spiritual traditions. They include: the underlying unity of life, kindness, compassion, selflessness, integrity, appreciation and gratitude.
